Bryan McClure provided rigger training to the crane operators at three First Solar manufacturing locations (US, Malaysia and Vietnam). Bryan customized the training sessions based on our specific requirements and was able to clearly and effectively deliver the sessions even in Malaysia and Vietnam. I have received frequent feedback from people that attended the training sessions that Bryan provided the most effective training that they have had in years.

In addition to the training that he provided, Bryan audited our hoist and crane program and gave us simple and actionable feedback to help us improve our performance.

We are looking forward to working with Bryan again in the future.
