Course Summary

This four hour fire safety awareness course teaches students the critical issues surrounding fire safety on the jobsite per OSHA 29 CFR § 1926 Subpart F Fire Protection and Prevention.

Course Description

Fires can and do occur daily on jobsites, workplaces and at home so understanding fire safety basics is crucial to overall safety. One spark can set the whole project on fire with the potential for more than time and materials lost. Whether they realize it or not, everyone plays a part in fire safety – this course will arm each student with the necessary tools to recognize fire hazards and do their part in keeping the site free of fires.
